We’re Ali and Alex —friends, therapists, and passionate advocates for children of all abilities.
As a speech therapist and a physical therapist, we’ve spent years working alongside incredible kids and families. Through our work, one thing became very clear:
play is powerful, but not every child has equal access to it.

Too often, we saw families struggling to find spaces where their kids felt safe, included, and celebrated. Many traditional playgrounds didn’t meet the needs of children with physical, sensory, or developmental differences. We kept hearing the same question:
“Where can we go that’s truly for everyone?”

That question sparked an idea and a dream.
Building Elevate
We envisioned a space where kids of all abilities could come together to play, explore, and build friendships in a judgment-free, fully inclusive environment. A space that was safe, stimulating, and supportive for every child whether they needed adaptive equipment, sensory-friendly features, or simply a kind, welcoming atmosphere.

That dream became Elevate.

An indoor playground for kids ages 0–12, Elevate is designed to meet the needs of all children with thoughtful design, inclusive equipment, and areas that support both movement and sensory regulation. But it’s more than just a playground. It’s a place for community, for connection, and for joy without barriers.

At Elevate, we believe every child deserves the right to play, to be included, and to feel proud of who they are.
Our mission is simple:
Create a space where every child feels seen, supported, and free to just be a kid.

Alex Kozich
Physical therapist
Ali is a speech-language pathologist and one of the co-founders of Elevate Kids. She’s passionate about helping children find their voices, build confidence, and have fun while learning. Ali loves connecting with families, celebrating progress big and small and creating a space where everyone feels supported and valued. Starting Elevate has been a dream come true, and she’s thrilled to help kids in the community grow, play, and thrive together.
Alex is a pediatric physical therapist and the other co-founder of Elevate Kids. She’s passionate about helping children move, explore, and gain independence through play, both in and outside of physical therapy sessions. She holds a strong belief that every child deserves access to play, regardless of physical ability, and has translated that passion into Elevate Kids. She is so excited to help build this dream of providing accessible play to allow for kids in the community to grow and play safely.
